The Storm Master crew arrived on time and worked diligently on needed roof repairs due to a wind storm. The owner came a few hours later and climbed on the roof to check the work the men had done. He also shared information about the general condition of our roof and future replacement options. Late in the day, I needed help with a leaky roof. All other companies said it's too late to send someone out but not storm master. They didn't even mention the time when I called they said it's supposed to rain more, so we need to help you out. They arrived within an hour of calling and assessed the roof, and instead of making me pay a bunch of money, they were honest and said I cleaned the leaky spot, and that's really all you needed. They didn't even charge me. They said that area of the roof will need to be repaired. However, this will hopefully get you by until the rain calms down and we can fix it. In my opinion, a company that saw a need and not a paycheck is awesome. I pray they are blessed 10 fold for their kindness, and because of their actions, they will always have me as a loyal customer. Awesome company & Staff!! Thomas helped me contact my insurance company to get the process started, waited until after I had the claim approved to draw up a contract and schedule the work. The owner, Jarrod, stopped by after I signed the contract to meet me and see if I had any questions. The crew was amazing as well! Showed up early, got everything set-up by 7am and had the roof off and was putting the new roof on by 10am, and was finished by 3pm. Cleaned up everything and went around multiple times to ensure all nails were picked up. Afterwards, Thomas worked with my insurance company to make sure every cent they owed me was paid out. Owner Jarrod James was a sales representative for another roofing company last year when I needed a new roof… his follow up and professionalism was amazing! I lost a couple ridge vent shingles in last week’s storms, so, of course I called Jarrod… not knowing that he had started his own roofing and restoration business. After a hail storm, Jarrod came and asked to inspect my roof. After the inspection he showed me photographs of damage to the roof and recommended the insurance company evaluate. He called the insurance company with me present and we placed a claim. The insurance company inspection indicated a new roof was needed. Jarrod said he could do it in two days, but only took one and a half. I have a new roof and all looks good. His team does good work and accomplishes a pretty good clean up of the work site.
